Refund policy
Returns
For purchases made with Synchrony financing:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
Mattresses, bedding accessories, clearance items, floor models, and custom orders may be considered final sale unless otherwise stated.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
All approved refunds for financed purchases will be credited back to the original financing account.
Shipping
Costumers must inspect items upon delivery and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
Items returned may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
